Lead digital health programs in Toronto or remotely, applying program governance and stakeholder management to PHDU and IIS delivery. Supply Ontario supports Public Health Ontario initiatives. This Senior Program Manager will lead the Public Health Data Utility and Immunization Information System initiatives. The work spans strategic planning, portfolio management, governance, risk management, and delivery coordination. You will align multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and external partners with approved funding, standards, and organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight for PHDU and IIS program delivery Coordinate business, engineering, analytics, and operational teams Maintain roadmaps, plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones Manage risks, issues, decisions,



assumptions, and dependencies Prepare executive reporting, governance materials, and escalations Requirements:

10+ years of program or project management experience Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field Public health programs and Canadian health data standards knowledge Agile or PMI project management methodology proficiency Risk management, budgeting, leadership, and stakeholder engagement expertise Apply program leadership, governance, and risk expertise to PHDU and IIS delivery for Public Health Ontario.
