The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and supports production operations in a food production workplace. This position emphasizes Best Maintenance Practices, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and maintenance strategy. Experience with CMMS systems, automated process technology, and structured planning is relevant. Key Responsibilities:

Five to ten years of maintenance management experience Production environment experience, preferably food production Experience using CMMS systems, with Maximo preferred Valid Class 5 driver’s license Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Apply maintenance leadership, CMMS expertise, and reliability strategies to support safe, efficient operations at Lantic’s Taber plant.
