Support BGIS operations with technical leadership. The Regional Operations Manager manages technicians while driving engagement, development, performance, and retention. This role coordinates processes, standard operating procedures, deployments, expenditures, and regulatory requirements. It also provides technical support, coaching, mentorship, and operational issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:

Manage technicians across assigned regions Drive engagement, development, performance, hiring, and retention Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance Deploy technicians to projects and work orders Monitor service agreements, metrics, costs, and efficiency Requirements:

Five to ten years of trades operations experience At least five years supervising or managing operations Community college diploma or equivalent training Technical expertise in refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing Computer proficiency and knowledge of applicable regulations Bring trades leadership, safety knowledge, and operational discipline to BGIS as a Regional Operations Manager.
