As Director, you will provide organizational leadership for continuous improvement across clinical, operational, and corporate areas. You will lead process transformation, advise senior stakeholders, and build capacity for sustained improvement. The role also supports strategic alignment and provides leadership to the networked Project Management Office. Key Responsibilities:

Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or operations management Seven years leading process improvement or Lean transformation initiatives Three years of leadership experience Expertise in process mapping, analysis, change, and performance measurement Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams Apply enterprise leadership, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and performance improvement experience to Bruyère Health’s organizational priorities.
