As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a major institutional development delivered under a quick-track Development Agreement. The role provides day-to-day coverage for real estate development leadership while managing client relationships and project execution. Your work will coordinate development and construction teams across a high-profile file. Key Responsibilities:

Own daily development management and act as senior client counterpart Administer contracts and formally document decisions and correspondence Manage consultants, design scope, schedules, quality,



and change orders Build the Project Execution Plan and maintain decision logs Track KPIs and report schedule, budget, design, and relationship health Requirements:
