Lead technical soccer programming and executive operations for Winnipeg Phoenix Football Club in Winnipeg. Shape youth development and strategic growth. This senior leadership position reports to the Board of Directors and oversees soccer programming, administration, finances, staff, facilities, partnerships, and planning. WPFC serves players and families through grassroots and competitive youth development. The Club emphasizes coaching excellence, community engagement, and positive athlete experiences. The Executive Director will guide organizational performance and player pathways. Key Responsibilities:

administrative, and operational staff Represent WPFC with governing bodies and community partners Requirements:

Canada Soccer B or Concacaf B Diploma license Competitive youth soccer program management experience Significant soccer administration or technical leadership experience Budgeting, financial management, and operational planning experience Availability for evenings and weekends as required Bring technical soccer expertise, strategic leadership, and operational management to WPFC’s youth development and community soccer programs.
