10+ years hands-on Maximo configuration experience , including direct work in Organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups and related configuration of Maximo. Successfully delivered minimum 3 full cycle Maximo implementations as Maximo application consultant (not end user or super user or project manager) Proven experience configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo, including: SR to WO lifecycle Job Plans, PMs, and Work Types Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion Vendor/contractor work and follow-on work Deep experience with Maximo data model and setup, including: Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters PM hierarchies and job plan structures Data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support Ability to identify data vs configuration defects Working knowledge of Maximo Integrations with ERP and has written integration specifications. Experience driving SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live, with the ability to diagnose issues across configuration, data, workflow, and security.
