As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance employees and contractors supporting treatment plant facilities. The work includes preventive, corrective, routine, and on-demand maintenance, with attention to asset management, safety, and established processes. You will also support facility projects, emergency response, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance team and contractor performance Coordinate preventive maintenance program implementation Maintain work orders in computerized maintenance management software Identify, record, and escalate facility deficiencies Coordinate facility projects and emergency response Requirements:
Facility operations and maintenance experience Experience supervising in a union workplace CMMS experience is an asset Mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting skills Valid Class 5 licence and satisfactory driver’s abstract Bring maintenance leadership, CMMS knowledge, and safety-focused facility expertise to Aquatera’s treatment plant operations and services.
