Strengthen BDC’s technology risk management as an IT Risk Management Specialist using analytical skills and information security expertise. Work in a hybrid model. As part of BDC’s Operational Risk Management team, you will oversee, challenge, and guide stakeholders on Information Security and IT risks. The position supports risk assessments, reporting, remediation, and governance across the organization. Your work contributes to BDC’s operational risk framework and strategic digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Support RCSA, KRI, BCM, and risk appetite activities Review and challenge technology risk assessments and events Monitor remediation activities and action plans Manage risk reporting, analysis,



and governance presentations Enhance technology risk methodologies, processes, and tools Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related discipline Minimum five years’ technology or information security risk experience Knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks Advanced Microsoft Excel and solid analytical skills Excellent French and English communication skills Apply IT risk, information security, governance, and analytical expertise to strengthen BDC’s operational risk management capabilities.
