Lead integrated technical baselines at Xcimer Energy as a Systems Engineer IV, using requirements traceability and system architecture expertise onsite in Denver. This full time Systems Engineer IV role guides the IFE Program’s technical framework and influences technical leads across Xcimer Energy. You will connect requirements, architecture, documentation, analysis, interfaces, and system-level use cases. The work supports facilities and systems through definition, design, building, testing, and activation. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and oversight for system functionality Implement IFE processes, traceability,



and documentation Maintain bidirectional relationships across technical products Coordinate technical decisions and assess system risks Develop specialty engineering integration and verification strategies Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field Ten or more years of Systems or Software Engineering experience Experience owning complex systems’ integrated technical baseline Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders Fluency with Confluence and Jira Apply systems engineering leadership, configuration management, and technical coordination to advance Xcimer Energy’s inertial fusion program.
