Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. You bring real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care as nurses experience it.

The role is remote and hourly, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI content, translate clinical knowledge into feedback, and annotate outputs while working independently on flexible schedule.
