This full time sales position manages activities from lead generation through project completion. You will assess client needs, develop sales plans, maintain prospect records, and support customer satisfaction. The role includes networking, presentations, estimates, contracts, and project paperwork while working with center management and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales plans with the Franchisee or Center Manager
- Prospect through referrals, canvassing, cold calling, email, and networking
- Consultatively recommend products using Brand Standards
- Prepare presentations, estimates, contracts, and status reports
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues and maintain team relationships
Requirements:
- High school education
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Access to a vehicle
- Valid driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
