We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle IAM tools, .NET applications, Microsoft Azure, Oracle technologies, and enterprise application integration. The successful candidate will lead development activities, maintain and enhance existing branch platforms such as EDCS and Picasso, support applications across the Data Product Services Branch, troubleshoot technical issues, improve business processes, and develop technical documentation. The ideal candidate will also have robust expertise in continuous integration, source control management, automated build systems, performance monitoring, accessibility standards, and Oracle E-Business applications.

Description

Responsibilities

- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
- This includes:
- Developing detailed programming specifications.
- Writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests.





- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance with implementation, conversion, and migrations.

- Experience in programming and analysis, including specialized software package support at the specified experience level.

- Proven business knowledge of the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules of Oracle E-Business.
