The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Finance and contributes to reporting, compliance, process improvement, and transformation initiatives. This role suits an accounting or finance qualified with strong fundamentals, analytical thinking, systems aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators
- Investigate variances and identify underlying business drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Generate insights and recommendations for decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Five to eight years of accounting and financial analysis experience
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and lookup functions
- Experience with ERP systems; Power BI strongly preferred
