Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications for FinTech platforms.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.




- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term vision for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in FinTech and software engineering.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Extensive experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and database technologies.
- Experience in the Banking & Finance or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
