Analyze procurement data and coordinate remote accommodations as a Procurement Analyst in Tourmaline Oil Corp.’s Calgary office. Build Power BI dashboards and spend reports.

Reporting to the Contracts and Procurement Advisor, this role supports procurement analytics, sourcing activities, and camp accommodation coordination. You will work with field teams, corporate stakeholders, and service providers across Capital and Production Operations camps. The position combines data modelling, vendor management, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop spend reports and Power BI dashboards using validated data
- Analyze spending trends and recommend practical management actions
- Administer fuel surcharge calculations, updates, records, and vendor questions
- Coordinate bookings, changes, cancellations,



and accommodation forecasts
- Monitor occupancy, costs, invoicing, and service performance

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ relevant procurement or supply chain experience
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, finance, or related studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI reporting
- Knowledge of sourcing events and contract administration
- Ability to travel occasionally to remote sites
