The Associate, Strategy & Business Operations works across commercial development, business operations, and supply chain. You will define markets, partnerships, and offerings; build scalable operating foundations; and strengthen supplier capabilities for first-of-a-kind engineered systems. The position supports executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and future commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define priority markets, partners, offerings, and supporting business cases
- Design service scopes, delivery models, pricing, margins, and risk allocation
- Build operating structures, workflows, decision rights, and tools
- Support priority projects through planning,



risk management, and reporting
- Develop sourcing strategies and qualified supplier processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field
- Three to five years in consulting, banking, private equity, or strategy
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Robust structured problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain required site access
