The Business Development Manager develops hospital-channel business across regional hospital networks, purchasing organizations, and provincial health authorities. You will create strategic dialogue with decision makers, manage account plans, and execute contracts. The position requires healthcare sales experience, RFP expertise, and influence without authority. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve product KPIs, sales targets, and assigned quotas Develop strategic account plans aligned with Celltrion’s portfolio Negotiate with regional accounts and smaller healthcare centres Manage RFPs, bids, contracts, forecasts, and budgets Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Requirements:

Minimum five years managing GPO and hospital accounts Deep knowledge of hospital drug procurement processes Experience in biologics, biosimilars, and specialty care Undergraduate degree in business or science required Ability to travel, including overnight travel, up to 50% Apply hospital account expertise, strategic planning, and biosimilar knowledge to grow Celltrion Healthcare’s Quebec business responsibly.
