Shearer’s Foods seeks a Key Account Manager for its Canadian and International business unit. You will guide retailers and brand owners from product concept and formulation through commercial production. The work combines account expansion, current manufacturing partnerships, pricing strategy, and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customer partnerships around category growth opportunities
- Identify portfolio gaps using private label manufacturing capabilities
- Drive volume, margin, pricing, and deductions management
- Coordinate Commercialization, R&D;, Quality Assurance, Operations,



and Procurement
- Lead RFPs and product projects through commercial launch

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Five-plus years of B2B consumer food manufacturing sales
- Canadian grocery and retail landscape experience
- Sales forecasting, project management, and deductions management proficiency
- Consultative, creative, collaborative, solutions-oriented sales approach
