Stantec seeks a Senior Project Manager for water projects across Northwest Territories and Prairie Provinces. You will support potable water treatment, wastewater treatment, reservoirs, pump stations, lift stations, and water resources work. The position combines project delivery, client management, business development, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and lead transformational water projects
- Manage delivery, budgets, quality, and technical reviews
- Develop scopes, budgets, and design approaches
- Build client relationships and lead win strategies
- Mentor professionals and grow water teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Professional Engineering registration or NAPEGS eligibility
- At least 15 years of relevant experience
- Water consulting expertise in Northern Canada
- Solid leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
