This senior technical lead role supports the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. You will architect Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions using Dataverse, Azure, Java, React, and contemporary web technologies. The position combines hands-on development, enterprise integration, technical leadership, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
- Design Dataverse models, security, integrations, and architecture artifacts

Requirements:

- Seven years of enterprise software development experience
- Three years in Technical Lead or comparable leadership roles
- Two years implementing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions
- Proficiency with .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST
- Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, integrations, and Agile delivery
