Lead cold storage operations at Klondike Cold Storage in Surrey and Langley, BC, using warehouse management and logistics expertise. This full time position runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly. The Operations Manager oversees warehouse activity in temperature-controlled facilities and reports to the Director of Operations. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfilment, storage, staffing, and operational performance. The role supports productivity, cost control, customer service, safety, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, fulfilment, and frozen product storage Coordinate resources, workflows, layouts, procedures, and temperature requirements Lead supervisors and employees through coaching, training, and development Monitor KPIs, labour costs,



budgets, reports, and process improvements Maintain customer relationships and support safety and compliance requirements

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, logistics, or operations Minimum five years warehouse or logistics experience At least three years in leadership or management Experience managing warehouse teams and multi-shift operations Knowledge of WMS, inventory software, safety, and food requirements Apply warehouse leadership, cold storage knowledge, and operational judgment to support Klondike Cold Storage customers and teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
