Salary:
$60,000 to $68,000 a year plus bonus. Our client, a leader in fluid handling systems, is actively looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials. Install wiring and electrical components to specifications Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Verify and troubleshoot control systems' circuits. Utilize hand tools, hand crimps, wire cutters and wire strippers Assist Applications Engineer in selecting parts for control system, testing products during assembly and final stage of production and in updating shop folder with assembly and test data. Ability to keep performance standards at a high level. Use various hand tools and measuring equipment such as: drills, taps, files, calipers and micrometers during the assembly process. Perform preliminary and / or final packaging of components and final products. 5+ years of experience in assembly / testing of electro-mechanical equipment. ~ Electrical / Mechanical Machine Build experience ~ Experience with equipment wiring ~
