We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, build solid candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. You will bring deep expertise in sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting to help us attract and hire top talent. Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, from intake through offer and close Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview processes Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and a positive impression of the company Lead and/or mentor other recruiters, sharing best practices and helping raise the bar for the broader talent acquisition function Use recruiting data and metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) to inform strategy and continuously improve processes Ensure a consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring process across all stages Collaborate with People/HR partners on offer structuring, negotiation,
