Atlassian Training Specialist (6-Month Contract) Position Overview: Our client, a agile organization focusing on digital enablement, is seeking a Atlassian Training Specialist to join their team for a high-impact, 6-month contract. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the face of user enablement, helping teams master Jira and Confluence to unlock new ways of working. Dynamic Training Delivery: Lead engaging introductory and refresher sessions for Jira and Confluence in both live and virtual environments. Content Innovation: Create and maintain high-quality learning materials, including slide decks, quick reference guides, and "How-to" FAQs. User Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries, identifying common learning gaps and suggesting continuous improvements to content. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Atlassian administrators, Agile coaches,



and change leads to support system migrations and rollout initiatives. Adapt third-party materials and tailor training content to resonate with diverse audiences, from new starters to team leads. Technical Foundation: At least three (3) years of experience with a solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Communication Excellence: Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. Ability to work on a sub-contractor or freelance basis, potentially alongside existing projects. Previous exposure to Agile concepts or experience creating formal documentation is highly desirable.
