Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, assisting clients with questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing.



Work closely with the Agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals. Your persistence will help ensure every client has the protection they need. Previous sales experience preferred. Proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas is an asset. A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
