Support independent living in Smithers as a Community Health Worker II, providing home support and daily living assistance to clients. Under Northern Health supervision, you will follow pre-established care plans and promote client well-being in the community. Duties include bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, meal planning, and meal preparation. You will also perform delegated tasks after completing required training.

Requirements:
