We’re looking for a Project Lead to join our team in Naarm and lead projects within a multi-year service transformation program for the Victorian Government. You’ll lead several projects within a human-centred design service transformation program, working with multidisciplinary teams of strategic designers, product designers, business analysts and technologists. risk and project status Finding ways to improve how we run projects so the team can spend more time on the work that matters You have 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, consultancy, government or similar environment, and a track record managing strategic, product or digital projects. You understand human-centred design and know how to run a project that has research and iteration built into it. You’re comfortable with both agile and waterfall approaches and you know when each one fits. You bring a solid project management toolkit and you’re confident in the Atlassian, Microsoft and Google suites. Business analysis experience is a bonus.
