Growth and progression opportunities within Midland Transport and large network of the JD Irving group of companies Accurately load, unload, sort, stage, and transfer freight. Ensure freight is properly manifested before departure. Verify freight counts, labels, destinations, and shipping documentation for accuracy. Identify and report damaged, overage, shortage, or misdirected freight. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Support cross-docking operations, inventory counts, freight audits, and special customer requirements. Assist drivers, customers, and other team members as needed while providing skilled service. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, freight handling, or LTL transportation experience is an asset. Forklift certification is considered an asset.
