About the role
Zola places tenants for landlords across Ontario, and every lease starts with a valuable ad. You'll create, post and improve the listings and ads for the homes Zola rents out, on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, Google and other rental sites, and send every lead to our team. The job is fully remote: you work from home, anywhere in Canada, and manage your own hours.

What you'll do
• Create, launch and manage ads on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, Google and other rental sites
• Write clear, accurate ad copy for each home and the people it suits
• Post, update and improve listings across platforms
• Track results, learn what brings real tenants and keep improving
• Send every lead and tenant question to Zola's team right away
• Give us regular updates on results, lead volume and any ad spend Who we're looking for




• Experience running ads or posting listings on social media and classified sites
• Clear, honest writing: every ad has to be accurate, follow each platform's rules and treat every renter fairly
• Comfortable with numbers: you can tell which ads bring real tenants
• Your own computer, phone and reliable internet What Zola gives you Training on how we advertise and handle leads, our brand assets and listing details, and an electronic business card.
