Role Description The Qualified Data Entry Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of restaurant-related data, such as customer records, reservations, inventory details, and administrative documentation. Day-to-day tasks include processing information from multiple sources, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, organizing digital files, and preparing basic reports to support management and operations teams. The role also involves responding to data-related inquiries, coordinating with staff via email or messaging platforms, and following established procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.



The Data Entry Specialist will work independently, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement of data processes that help The Frog & Rosbif run smoothly. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy for efficient and accurate data entry.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to data-related questions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills to support internal stakeholders and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Candidates should possess high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or data management tools, and a basic understanding of confidentiality and data protection practices are beneficial.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or hospitality operations is a plus, as is the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet established deadlines.
