Senior-level candidates with strong core banking implementation experience Domain: Core Banking / Financial Services Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with robust hands-on experience in core banking systems and a preference for recent project experience with FinXact or FIS Modern Banking Platform (MBP). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of core banking processes, technical requirements analysis, system integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end implementation lifecycles. Candidates should have experience working across business and technology teams to translate banking requirements into functional and technical solutions. Experience delivering multiple core banking implementations throughout their career is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for core banking implementations and enhancements.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testers, and implementation teams.
* Support core banking capabilities, including customer and account management, deposits, transactions, payments, interest calculations, fees, and related banking operations.
* Analyze existing banking systems and map business processes to the target core banking platform.
* Support data mapping, data migration, conversion requirements, reconciliation, and validation activities.
* Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements, design, development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production cutover, and post-go-live support.




* Coordinate with technical teams on APIs, interfaces, integrations, data structures, and system dependencies.
* Identify functional and technical gaps, assess impacts, and support solution design and issue resolution.
* Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, test scenarios, and implementation deliverables.
* Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
* For Business Analyst and Technical Analyst profiles, demonstrate involvement in full-lifecycle implementations, including conversion and cutover activities. Required Qualifications
* Strong, recent, hands-on experience delivering projects involving core banking applications.
* Experience working on multiple core banking implementations is highly preferred.
* Hands-on experience with FinXact or FIS Modern Banking Platform (MBP) is strongly preferred, ideally from a recent project.
* Candidates should have worked with one of these platforms in a role such as:
* Technical Business Analyst
* Business Analyst
* Technical Analyst
* Application Developer
* Application Tester
* Strong understanding of core banking processes, system functionality, and end-to-end implementation methodologies.
* Experience preparing requirements documentation, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, or test documentation relevant to the candidate’s role.
* Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications
* Full-lifecycle core banking implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration or development, testing, data conversion, cutover, and production support.
* Direct experience with FinXact or FIS Modern Banking Platform in a recent implementation or delivery engagement.
* Experience with core banking modernization, platform migration, or legacy banking system replacement.
* Understanding of banking integrations, APIs, batch processing, data migration, reconciliation, and downstream systems.
* Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional implementation teams. Work Location and Authorization

S. work authorization.

Candidates with experience in conversions, cutovers, integrations, and end-to-end banking platform delivery will be particularly attractive.
