Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Service Design | Toronto, ON We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the expansion of the Business Experience Platform (BXP) for the Public Sector Client. ? Lead user-centred and service design for complex transactional digital services. ? Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and design validation. ? Develop user journeys, service blueprints, personas, and information architecture. ? Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and detailed design specifications. ? Design intuitive experiences for dashboards, forms, workflows, notifications, and service discovery. ? Ensure compliance with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards. ?
