About the role
We're looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to own our video ads and static creatives. You'll take a script or brief and turn it into polished, high-energy ads: presenter-led videos, kinetic typography, product walkthroughs and the statics that go with them. You'll work directly with the founders and see your work go live within days.

What you'll do
• Edit and animate 30 to 60 second video ads for social and performance campaigns
• Build kinetic text, UI mockups, transitions and motion graphics that keep viewers watching
• Mix music and sound effects so every cut and reveal lands
• Design static ads, carousels, thumbnails and social posts
• Use AI video, image and voice tools to speed up production and create assets
• Keep every asset consistent with our brand systems




• Turn around fast iterations based on feedback and ad performance What we're looking for
• 2 to 3 years of experience in motion design, video editing or graphic design
• Strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
• Solid static design skills in Figma or Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (for example Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• A great eye for pacing, typography, layout and detail
• A portfolio or reel that shows finished ads, not just experiments
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking direct feedback Nice to have
• Experience with performance marketing or paid social ads
• Basic sound design and audio mixing
• Interest in fintech, trading or tech products
• Experience with lip sync, green screen or compositing
