About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to support our SEO and Digital PR initiatives, primarily focused on the Canadian market. You'll help build relationships with publishers, journalists, and website owners while identifying opportunities to strengthen our clients' online presence. This is a remote, part time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our projects expand. Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
• Research relevant Canadian websites, media outlets, healthcare blogs, and community organizations.
• Identify and secure high-quality backlinks, editorial mentions, and Digital PR opportunities.
• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including guest articles, outreach pitches, and expert contributions.
• Support technical link building, backlink analysis, and link monitoring.
• Build relationships with editors, journalists, and website owners.
• Improve brand visibility, mentions, and citations in AI-powered search engines and LLM platforms through strategic content, authoritative backlinks, and Digital PR.
• Track outreach performance and collaborate with SEO and marketing teams. What We're Looking For




• Based in Canada or highly familiar with Canadian media and websites.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating about healthcare and sensitive topics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in AI Search Optimization (GEO/AEO) and improving brand visibility in AI-generated answers.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. Nice to Have:
• Experience in SEO, Digital PR, outreach, marketing, or journalism.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, or Pitchbox.
• Experience with Google Sheets or outreach tracking tools.
• Knowledge of GEO/AEO, LLM visibility, and strategies for earning brand mentions and citations in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews
