About the role
You'll be joining a small GTM team to run outbound campaigns for our clients end to end, from deciding who to target to writing campaigns and optimizing them over time. You will also be using a lot of AI and software tools to enable you to generate as many leads as possible for your clients. There will be regular training to get you up to speed on any areas you feel you need to improve.

What you'll do
• Research new clients' markets and work out who to target
• Build the infrastructure to qualify lead lists using Clay and AI
• Write cold email and LinkedIn copy, and test new offers and angles
• Launch and manage campaigns in Email Bison and on LinkedIn
• Track results (reply rates, interested leads, deliverability)



and improve campaigns week to week
• Try out new tools that could make campaigns perform better What we're looking for
• GTM, outbound or sales experience, with a good understanding of what makes a prospect reply to cold outreach
• Very familiar with ChatGPT or Claude, API calls and a genuine interest in AI and current tools
• Excellent writing skills
• Available 9am to 5pm ET, Monday to Friday Nice to have Experience with Clay, Email Bison or similar outbound tools
