This junior lawyer role supports TekSavvy’s Legal, Regulatory & Public Policy team under senior direction. You will work with operations, business-services, and marketing teams while handling commercial agreements, privacy questions, and other legal matters. The position offers autonomy, mentorship, and regular senior-management exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate varied commercial agreements
- Advise internal teams on commercial and privacy matters
- Manage assigned matters with appropriate autonomy
- Support complex files under senior counsel supervision
- Assist with additional legal matters

Requirements:

- LL.B. or J.D. qualification
- Law Society of Ontario membership in positive standing
- Two to three years of commercial legal experience
- Contract-drafting experience
- Excellent English communication, organization, and attention to detail
