As a service supervisor, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations at the front of the store. You'll coach and support your team, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and help manage the cash registers, including problem-solving and handling money-related operations.

Here's how you'll help make a difference:

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service;
- Follow policies and procedures, comply with government hygiene standards as well as workplace health and safety standards, and make sure they are applied and respected consistently by all employees in your department;
- Serve as a point of contact for your team members;
- Create an setting that promotes trust and communication within your team;
- Work with the service manager on various cash management operations (money transfers, deposits, controls, weekly audits, etc.);




- Perform any other related tasks.

Your qualities and strengths:

- Having a high school diploma is a significant asset;
- You have at least 6 months of experience as a cashier;
- Your management experience and knowledge of computerized point-of-sale systems are highly valuable assets;
- Customer service is your priority;
- You promote communication and team spirit;
- You are skilled at performing basic accounting operations;
- Your personality is distinguished by your leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible working hours and the need to work overtime;
- Short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products;
- Ability to work standing up for long periods;
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
