Montreal-based Field Service Technician 4 work centers on mobile X-ray diagnostics, repairs, installations, and advanced customer support.

Rapiscan seeks an experienced FST 4 to maintain equipment at customer sites and resolve complex client issues independently. The position requires enhanced troubleshooting, technical drawing interpretation, and fluent written and spoken English and French. You will also support other field technicians, clients, and company offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, repair, install, and diagnose mobile X-ray units
- Resolve customer problems and determine effective corrective methods
- Train customers in proper equipment usage
- Complete service reports, radiation surveys, and parts requisitions
- Provide feedback on equipment quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Associate degree or higher in Electronics or technical field preferred
- Five or more years of related experience preferred
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Communicate clearly in English and French
- Lift or push up to 50 pounds frequently
