Train automotive dealership customers in English and French as a Bilingual Fixed Operations Software Trainer with PBS Systems. Work remotely from the Montreal area while travelling to customer sites.

This full-time, permanent trainer delivers virtual and in-person sessions on PBS Dealer Management Software. You will learn software modules, support installations, and guide customers through implementation. The work combines customer training, troubleshooting, documentation, and software support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train customers on assigned PBS software modules
- Support recent software installations and implementations
- Investigate issues and escalate tickets to appropriate teams
- Monitor the Software Training and Transitions queue
- Update documentation and share module knowledge

Requirements:

- Fluent French and English speaking, reading, and writing
- One to two years in automotive Fixed Operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid passport, applicable visa, and full driver’s license
- Ability to travel across Canada and the United States
