Position Summary Perimeter's Training and Compliance Coordinator works with content owners and subject matter experts throughout the organization to develop, administer and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and the content of Training Programs. They maintain curriculums, courseware, user profiles and user records. They support document owners, training personnel, and subject matter experts by performing Compliance Reviews of company manuals, training materials, and controlled documents within the company's document management system. The position also supports quality assurance, audit activities, and continual improvement initiatives related to training, documentation, and compliance management.
