BioRender is seeking a Customer Education Manager to own and optimize customer-facing documentation and learning resources. You will oversee the Help Center, develop guides, and create videos to help users adopt BioRender features.

This role partners with Product, Marketing, and GTM to ensure content stays aligned with roadmaps and launches. Ideal candidates have a life sciences background and solid writing/editing skills, plus experience in instructional design and building learning paths.
