About the Role
Join GAO Tek Inc. as a Recruiting Operations Intern and get real, hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations at a global tech company. You’ll work alongside international teams, build practical HR skills, and help support our worldwide growth by strengthening talent pipelines, all in a professional, fully remote setting. What You’ll Do:
• Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding for new hires
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and internal documentation
• Help run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Who We’re Looking For:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field,



with solid communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
