As Health Education Manager, you will support AbbVie’s Center of Health Education and Training and report to the Senior Manager. You will design, develop, and implement education solutions for healthcare professionals. The work combines adult learning, digital engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and evidence-based evaluation across AbbVie’s Gastroenterology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct national healthcare professional needs assessments with cross-functional colleagues
- Develop strategic health education plans aligned with learning gaps
- Design measurable strategies addressing healthcare professional knowledge, attitudes, and skills




- Oversee timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and execution
- Assess offerings through data collection, analysis, and stakeholder reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare discipline
- Health Education and Adult Learning Principles experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare and national education systems is an asset
- CHE certification or equivalent within one year of responsibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital engagement tools
