Monitor networks and systems remotely as a part-time NOC Analyst I with VC3, using monitoring tools to support performance and uptime.

This entry-level position supports VC3’s Infrastructure and Security department. You will troubleshoot network and system issues, perform basic configurations, and maintain documentation. The schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, and a versatile weekday shift near 4pm to 1am EST.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools
- Identify issues and escalate network or system problems
- Perform basic network and system configurations
- Document configurations, changes, tickets, and time accurately
- Communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with network and system monitoring tools
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
