As a Senior Software Developer, you will design end-to-end search across work orders, assets, and procedures. You will work with indexing pipelines, ranking systems, AI-facing query layers, and upstream data integrations. The work includes semantic search, vector retrieval, relevance tuning, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Production search systems experience using Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Lucene, Solr, or similar

- Familiarity with analyzers, BM25, shard sizing, and cluster health
- Experience across backend services, data pipelines, and integrations
- Experience improving relevance through qualitative and quantitative analysis
