Drive purchasing accuracy and inventory control at Haply Robotics, supporting hardware production through ERP tracking, vendor coordination, and warehouse audits.

As an intermediate Inventory and Procurement Specialist, you will execute daily supply chain operations for Haply’s 500-plus SKUs. The role connects engineering designs with production needs, ensuring technical parts arrive on time and within specification. You will work primarily across purchasing, inventory integrity, supplier communication, and Odoo records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue purchase orders and update Odoo ERP records
- Track international shipments against production schedules
- Audit warehouse stock and reconcile monthly inventory counts




- Resolve defective component issues with manufacturers
- Support custom-part sourcing and process documentation

Requirements:

- Two to four years’ purchasing or inventory experience
- Hardware or physical product supply chain experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and basic GD&T;
- Odoo, tracking tools, Google Sheets, and Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree plus qualified French and English
