Shape healthcare products at OpenLoop using product strategy, AI, and cross-functional leadership across digital health infrastructure. Guide domains spanning patient care, platforms, data, and client experience. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will define direction for a product domain and influence multiple teams. You will partner with the VP of Product while working across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations, and go-to-market. OpenLoop supports virtual and hybrid care through its white-label platform, clinician network, payer coverage, integrations, and patient support.

Key Responsibilities

Set 12–24-month domain vision and sequence delivery Align teams around strategy, priorities,



and measurable outcomes Define metrics and course-correct with leadership Lead cross-functional decisions and resolve tradeoffs Build AI features with review, evaluations, and monitoring

Requirements:

10+ years of product management experience Complex, multi-team product ownership at Staff level Startup or high-growth product experience Hands-on AI product development and quality measurement Experience mentoring PMs and shaping product practices Bring healthcare product leadership, AI experience, and strategic judgment to OpenLoop’s expanding digital health platform.
