This one-year full time temporary Business Systems Analyst role reports to the Head of Operations & Finance. You will operationalize a Salesforce overhaul, roll out accounting systems, and coordinate tools for revenue reporting. The work also includes intranet, knowledge management, document management, and internal communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Salesforce configuration, data readiness, migration, and integrations
- Lead intranet and knowledge management platform development
- Coordinate document management and online communication improvements
- Support FUNCounting with accounting systems and related tools




- Develop training, documentation, guidance, and adoption communications

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ business systems analysis or implementation experience
- Experience with configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations
- Strong data management, process improvement, and project management skills
- Ability to apply design thinking and support diverse technical comfort levels
- Excellent written communication, judgment, and independent problem-solving
