Aplin is partnering with our financial services client in downtown Toronto to recruit a professional, service-oriented Receptionist for a temporary assignment. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming office environment, and providing administrative support to a busy team. The expected hourly rate for this contract is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Welcome visitors and clients, manage sign-ins, and ensure a professional, welcoming reception experience. Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and meeting rooms. Provide general administrative support, including printing, scanning, filing, and data entry. Support team members with day-to-day office needs and other administrative duties as assigned. Previous reception or administrative experience is preferred. Professional, friendly,
and polished communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic office environment and ready to step in wherever support is needed.
